EXPLANATION OF FEES

The Keys DVDs are offered on a loan basis at no charge.

All expenses incurred in producing and updating the Keys are met by voluntary contributions. (Please see "Contributions" for this important information and opportunity.)

The "Introduction to The Keys" DVD and "Discovering More" brochures and DVDs are sold, not loaned. Pricing for these items helps to cover their production costs.

Distribution costs are met by charging shipping & handling fees. Every effort has been made to minimize these fees. Below are the cost and shipping details.

Shipping and Handling Costs

Handling: charged by the commercial fulfillment house for accessing and restocking inventory, packaging shipment, cleaning DVDs, replacing booklet.

Shipping: outbound (ship to customer) and inbound (return from customer) via USPS or FedEX.

Order processing costs: inbound (for loaned items) and outbound (includes credit card fees, accounting, maintaining customer records, inventory).

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied  to orders being delivered to California (8.25%) , Florida (7.5%), Pennsylvania (6%), and Utah (4.75%). This will be applied against both the materials fee, if any, and the shipping & handling fee. Orders being delivered to any state, territory, or country other than California, Florida, Pennsylvania,  and Utah will not be taxed.

Shipping Schedule

Orders placed by 2pm EDT on a business day will ship the next business day; placed after 2pm EDT will ship the second business day. All orders ship out of Pennsylvania, USA.

With each order, you can choose either “Standard” or “Expedited” (where available) shipping.

IMPORTANT: ALL EXPEDITED ORDERS AND ORDERS OF 5 OR MORE ITEMS SHIPPED STANDARD MUST HAVE A STREET DELIVERY ADDRESS, NOT A POST OFFICE BOX.

"Standard" uses the most cost-effective method of shipping for your order size and destination.

Continental U.S. “Standard”: U.S. Postal System (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail for smaller orders, FedEx Ground for larger orders. Delivery: 2-5 business days.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands “Standard”: USPS First Class for smaller orders, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground for larger orders. Delivery: 3-7 business days. 

Canada “Standard”: USPS Airmail Letter Post for smaller orders, USPS Airmail Parcel Post or FedEx International Ground for larger orders. Delivery: 5-10 business days.

"Expedited" uses faster methods of shipping.

Continental U.S. “Expedited”: FedEx Standard for all orders. Delivery: 1-2 business days.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands: no expedited service offered at this time.

Canada “Expedited”: FedEx International Priority for all orders. Delivery: 1-3 business days.

Fees on loaned items include 2-way (outbound and return) postage and handling. Actual fees vary based on quantities ordered, delivery method, and delivery destination.

The return postage label enclosed with each order of a Key always uses USPS First Class or Priority Mail within the U.S. and FedEx Ground for Canada. In Canada, call FedEx for a free "Ground PRP" pick up at: 1-800-463-3339 (press "0").

Shipping and handling fees for your order are calculated during the check-out process, after you have entered your shipping address information. You can then select shipping options, see a summary of your order including all applicable fees, enter credit card information (unless paying by mail) and click 'submit order' to finalize the transaction. No information about you or your order is collected until you click "submit order".
