The Introduction to The Keys DVD and the Discovering More booklet, brochure and DVD are sold and do NOT need to be returned. 

The items titled Keys packages One through Five are loaned at no charge, are not for sale, and MUST be returned. This includes any optional supplementary audio CDs that may have been ordered.

You are asked to agree to return each Keys Package and MP3-CD that you borrow within 4 months of receiving it. You will also be asked to agree to pay a replacement charge of $50 per Key  if you lose the materials or if they are destroyed while you have borrowed them.

Shipping and handling fee is charged with all orders to cover the cost of handling and delivering to you and the cost to return the borrowed materials. A pre-paid return label will be included for returning these items.
